Security Deposit:
Stays of One (1) Month or more require a deposit of $500 to secure the
reservation. Stays of Less than One (1) Month require a deposit of $250 to
secure the reservation. Upon arrival the deposit is held as a Security
Deposit against damages to the unit. This Deposit is fully refundable upon
satisfactory inspection of the unit within thirty (30) business days of
departure.
Note that our vacation home is rented from Nov 1, 2009 to April 1, 2010. It will be open starting May 1, 2010.
